The Process
For brokers and salespeople who want to access our business seller leads, we charge no up front fees and 15% referral fees for raw leads and 20% referral fees for vetted and priced leads. To access our leads, an agent must first sign a referral fee agreement agreeing to pay us at the close of escrow on the deals we refer.
1. The first step is to click on Marketplace and then the state you want to get leads for.
2. If it's your first time on the site, click "Sign Up" - under the Log In Screen. By filling in the Sign Up form, we will automatically be notified of your request and preferences.
3. Next we will need you to sign the Referral Fee and Confidentiality Agreement. This you can do right on our website.
4. Once we have received your agreement and based on the state preference you have registered, you will be allowed to access the lead database for the state(s) you have requested.
5. Check back periodically for leads.
